Position: Vendor Manager
Shift: Monday to Friday, Core Business Hours
Location: Toronto (Hybrid: 2 days/week in office)

Responsibilities
• Act as a liaison between business executives and provide sourcing expertise.• Manage category and strategic sourcing strategies.• Lead supplier negotiations to maximize total cost of ownership.• Adhere to enterprise frameworks and methodologies for sourcing activities.• Ensure compliance with internal and external requirements.• Manage relationships across various business lines and corporate functions.• Maintain a culture of risk management and control.• Participate fully as a member of the team, supporting a positive work environment.• Contribute to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
Qualifications
• Post-Secondary Education required.• 5-7 years of experience in Sourcing Management, ideally within the Financial Institution sector.• Experience with Ariba is highly preferred.• Advanced negotiation skills, excellent relationship management, and presentation skills are essential.• Experience managing senior executive relationships is crucial.• Proven ability in strategic sourcing, supplier development, risk management, and contract negotiation and management.
