Responsibilities
Role Description:
The main part of this role will be to assist our current Vendor Management Associate's in engaging and managing IT's contingent workforce. This includes releasing Request for Resources (RFR's) to vendors, sending SOW's for signature through Docusign, creating purchase orders in SAP, and tracking all contingent workforce contracts in Service Now. The other main portion of the role will be to work with our Invoice Administrator on IT hardware related invoicing, mobile and land line phone support and invoicing, and creating purchase orders in SAP. Other duties may be assigned as required to assist the Vendor Management Office team with any day to day activities required.
Qualifications
Mandatory Skills/Requirements:
It is very important that the person for this role be very organized and have a tremendous eye for detail. I cannot emphasize this enough. If they are average in these areas, they are not a fit for this role.
The person needs to be very personable, an amazing communicator, love building relationships, and be able to jump in and fit in with a high performing team.
They must have a strong work ethic, have great initiative, and be proactive in driving efficiencies and solving problems.
The person must be intuitive, be able to think on their feet quickly, and be able to recommend optional solutions for complex situations.
They must have an obsession with providing an exceptional customer experience.
2+ years of IT experience is required. They must understand the world of IT hardware, professional services, and IT software subscriptions, and be able to understand IT concepts, language and acronyms.
2+ years of IT contract and invoice management.
Strong working knowledge of Excel
Nice to Have Skills:
Service Now skills
Experience creating purchase orders in SAP
Experience routing documents for electronic signature - preferably with Docusign
