Responsibilities
- Audit Paperwork: Create, manage, and maintain all necessary paperwork for audits.
- Sales Order Processing: Ensure all sales orders have the required information for processing.
- Credit and Finance Management: Handle credit approvals, lease submissions, and special finance programs.
- Inventory Orders: Order batteries, chargers, attachments, and accessories. Track Encore Battery production.
- Invoice Processing: Manage invoices for used equipment and issue proforma and final invoices to customers.
- Logistics Coordination: Arrange and monitor the movement of used inventory within the system and between locations.
- Asset Value Management: Accurately capture and post asset values.
- Warranty Management: Track and manage warranty statements.
- System Updates for Shipped Trucks: Ensure shipped trucks are updated in the system.
- Department Collaboration: Work with various departments to complete sales, finance, and vendor processes.
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Proficient with MS Office, including Excel and Word
- 1-3 years of experience in a Corporate environment in a similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced Customer Service abilities
- Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures as well as basic accounting principals
- Proven ability to be resourceful and proactive in addressing issues
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational, multitasking, and prioritization skills
- Effective communication and interaction with all staff members
- Excellent time management and interpersonal skills
