We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Upholsterer to join our production team. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in upholstery work, preferably in a manufacturing or production setting. This role requires attention to detail, precision, and a passion for craftsmanship to ensure the highest quality in our Fitness equipment.
Hourly rate to start between $20/hr - $21/hr and once hired full time you can be part of their bonus plan of the company along with benefits
Must be elegible to work full time to be considered for the position.

Responsibilities
* Upholster equipment, including reformers, chairs, and barrels, ensuring high-quality finishes.
* Cut, measure, and assemble fabric, foam, and other materials according to product specifications.
* Operate and maintain upholstery tools and equipment, including industrial sewing machines, staple guns, and foam cutters.
* Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and company specifications.
* Collaborate with the production team to meet manufacturing deadlines and ensure consistency in production.
* Perform minor repairs or adjustments on upholstered components as needed.
* Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following workplace safety protocols.
Qualifications
* 1-2 years of upholstery experience in a manufacturing or related industry.
* Experience working with a variety of materials, including vinyl, leather, and foam.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality finishes.
* Proficiency with hand tools and upholstery equipment.
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings or production specifications.
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
* Strong teamwork and communication skills.
* Physical ability to lift materials, stand for extended periods, and handle repetitive tasks.
