Responsibilities
- Oversight of maintenance schedules to ensure timely, quality completion of work within shop guidelines.
- Handle all related tasks with SAAQ (plates, violations, rental documentation…)
- Check-in and check-out of all trailers from the facility.
- Create cases for chargebacks from inbounds.
- Dispatch trailers to customers, deliveries and pick-ups as required.
- Open and close rentals and leases. File after completion.
- Answer and follow up on all telephone inquiries from customers/sales/operations team regarding trailer inventory and receive orders.
- Open and close Work Orders. Request purchase orders on customer chargebacks.
- Ensure VRMS Standards are followed on every Work Order, Shop, Mobile, Sublet.
Qualifications
- Fluent in French and English
- Knowledge of trailer/transportation industry
- Excellent organizational skills
- A team player that takes initiative and a learner attitude
- Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task.
- Self-motivated, able to work independently and achieve outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
