Responsibilities
- Assist clients with travel planning, providing expert guidance and personalized recommendations
- Make outbound calls as needed to support customer inquiries and follow-ups
- Offer alternative travel options to ensure the best possible experience for clients
- Work closely with a team of experienced travel consultants to enhance service delivery
- Adhere to company scripts, policies, and procedures to maintain service excellence
- Engage with customers efficiently to meet business objectives and service quality standards
- Collect and analyze customer information to provide accurate guidance and minimize future issues
- Address concerns and resolve complaints in a calm, professional manner, presenting effective solutions
- Foster strong customer relationships through proactive communication and exceptional support
Qualifications
-Minimum of 2 years working in the travel and tourism industry.
-Experience in a call center is an asset
-Mastery of AMADEUS
-Native knowledge of SABRE
-Must have a valid TICO certification
-MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook
-Fluency in French and English required to interact with English-speaking clients and partners in Canada
