Responsibilities
• Prepare and process translation projects for memoQ, ensuring seamless integration with our CAT tool.
• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of translation projects within Flowfit, including tracking, updates, and finalization.
• Collaborate with internal clients to define project requirements, manage expectations, and provide exceptional customer service.
• Assess and assign translation requests to internal team members or external service providers, considering workload, budget, and deadlines.
• Provide guidance and support to team members and clients regarding Flowfit, project coordination, and billing.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives, documenting best practices and implementing efficient workflows.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with team leaders, business partners, and service providers.
• Offer training and support on Flowfit usage to internal teams and service providers.
• Handle additional tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
• Minimum 2 years of project coordination or management experience within a structured translation environment.
• Proficiency with Flowfit and memoQ (or similar RMS and CAT tools).
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
• Proficiency in MS 1 Office Suite.
• Fluency in both French and English (written and spoken).
• A university degree or diploma in translation or a related field is a strong asset.
