Responsibilities
Key activities include the following:
• Opening the training session;
• Explaining the housekeeping slides (how the session with work with MS Teams);
• Monitoring the chat & raised hands;
• Recording the session and moving it to SharePoint;
• Managing the Parking lot questions;
• Recording in the Q&A log the questions with the requestor's name clearly identified;
• Assist the trainer with time management – when to park a question and move on;
• Pulse check pop-up surveys;
• Manage lunch and breaks;
• Reviewing the parking lot if time permits;
• Provide Attendance to the training coordinators so they can record the attendance in Stracl; and
• Getting everyone to complete the course evaluations online.
In addition, the responsibilities of the Consultant include:
Providing the SAPMP Training & KT Lead with:
• Work Plan updates;
• Regular status reports;
• Issues to be addressed;
• Risks to be managed/mitigated; and
• Adhering to SAP MP project guidelines and standards.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
• MS Teams knowledge and experience in facilitation at least for 1 year;
• Experience in SharePoint and Microsoft Excel for tracking at least 1 year;
• Good time management skills;
• Quick learner;
• Excellent computer skills; and
• Good communication skills.
Desired Qualifications:
• Detail-oriented – experience in fast-paced projects;
• Ability to work under tight deadlines with multiple stakeholders;
• Self-starter, flexible, can adapt to constant change; and
• Prior experience working with Government/Public Sector SAP projects.
