Your Responsibilities
• Deliver and facilitate virtual and/or in-person instructor-led training sessions for the Dayforce HCM system across 30 North American divisions
• Collaborate with the OCM team to align learning delivery with people readiness evaluations
• Consult with Training Manager – OCM, and Instructional Designer to deliver content in engaging and meaningful ways
• Assist with the editing, updating, and maintenance of existing library of job aids, reference guides, and support documentation
• Collaborate with OCM Training Team and Group PMO teams to assist development of instructor-led training program
• Act as subject matter expert for training delivery, collaborating with project functional leads, group, and divisional resources to determine best practices for
training delivery
Who we are looking for
• Post-Secondary education or certification in Coaching, Training, or Adult Learning & Development
• 2-3 years experience delivering training content to a wide variety of audiences
• Strong organizational and administrative skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are needed for this role
• Technical experience using Microsoft Teams, Office365 are necessary
• Experience teaching the use of Dayforce or other cloud-based HRIS/HCM
systems is considered an asset
