This position requires a qualified individual with strong troubleshooting abilities and a keen eye for precision, responsible for maintaining, modifying, and repairing progressive dies and related tooling.

Shift - Rotating Shift (3 weeks days 7am-3pm 1 week afternoons 3-11pm)
Pay - $37 depending on experience

Responsibilities
- Support shift operations with open action items, changeovers, troubleshooting and preventative maintenance.
- Perform routine inspections of crane and toolroom equipment.
- Operate toolroom machinery safely and effectively + maintain 5S standards
- Troubleshoot and repair progressive dies and related tooling, adhering to tight tolerances and blueprint specifications.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and efficiency.
- Assist with the tooling process to meet customer requirements and production schedules.
Qualifications
- Certificate of Qualification as a Tool and Die Maker.
- Knowledge of progressive die design and function.
- Proficiency in reading blueprints, operating manuals + procedure documents.
- Valid Crane Operator/Forklift license.
- CNC equipment experience, TIG welding *not required
