Preventative maintenance
Die repairs
Working with progressive stamping dies
Assisting supervisor with tool room associates
Follow the production schedule and ensure all dies are ready
Ensure the shop environment is left clean and safe
Other duties as assigned by Toolroom Supervisor
Qualifications
A Tool & Die license is considered an asset but not required
Strong communication skills and solid work ethics
Work with the supervisor to schedule and delegate activities with toolroom associates
3+ years of related experience
Continuous improvement initiatives
Automotive sector experience is considered a huge asset
