Oversee daily production activities, making sure timelines are met, quality standards are exceeded, and efficiency remains
Address production challenges with quick and effective solutions to keep everything running smoothly.
Maintain strict quality standards, ensuring that every product leaving the production floor meets expectations.
Operate machines to join sections of garments or other articles into finished products on a piece-work or production basis
Qualifications
8-10 years experience in sewing factory
Sewing machine operator experience
Experience in a leadership role
High school or equivalent
Ability to measure and track key production metrics
