We're seeking a highly client-focused professional who is friendly, efficient, and thrives in a busy environment . In this role, you'll handle tenant inquiries and play a crucial part in maintaining property management systems, including entering work orders, managing monthly tenant billables, and overseeing purchase orders and work permits. Administrative tasks such as coordinating events, maintaining calendars, and assisting with new tenant welcome packages will also be part of your daily responsibilities.

Responsibilities
Coordination + Administration
• Administrative duties such as maintenance of information into property management systems e.g. Yardi), inputting work orders (AngusAnywhere), managing monthly tenant billables, purchase orders, work permits, and other related job functions
• Assisting with coordination and execution of events
• Maintaining event calendars, assisting with coordinating new tenant welcome package, and various ad-hoc projects
• Assisting with Tenant Satisfaction Surveys and summaries
• Ensure proper file management and archive of files
• Responsibility for ongoing management of the management office (supplies, copiers, courier, and associated budgets)
Communication + Customer Service
• Develop and maintain an effective line of communication with staff, tenants and contractors; coordinate with site staff and liaise with various internal teams to provide support as required
• Answer all incoming telephone calls and email inquiries
• Managing the communication and execution of tenant Advisory Notices
Qualifications
• 2+ years of customer service experience
• 2 + years of administrative experience
• Passionate about customer service and always looking for ways to go above and beyond
• Nimble + adaptable with strong organizational skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills and able to navigate complex situations
• Interested in property management
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
• A high level of professionalism as this role works with professional tenants
• Collaborative nature with strong communication skills
• Post-secondary education
