Responsibilities
Primarily will be responsible for creating instructional documentation (articles and videos) for M365, ServiceNow, and other technology platforms.


Qualifications
-Experience in Camtasia to develop training videos
- M365 experience will be considered an asset
- Advanced skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, Visio, and Access)
- Excellent communication skills for professional environment, written and spoken
