Responsibilities
Poste technicien en bâtiment :

• Maintenance préventive et corrective à superviser
• Gestion des systèmes du bâtiment :
plomberie, électricité, système ventilation, alarme et automatisé
• Responsable soumission/appel fournisseur
• Remplir les rapports via logiciel informatique

Qualifications
Poste technicien en bâtiment :

• DEP entretien bâtiment, DEC en génie électrique ou équivalent
• 2 à 3 ans d'expérience significative

Personnalité recherchée :

• Avoir le sens d'analyse et d'observation
• Être passionné, organisé et autonome
• Parler/écrire français et anglais
