Responsibilities
Your main tasks will be:
• Provide daily IT support to employees
• Plan and organize the work of the technical team
• Act as a technical liaison
• Handle service escalations with customers and subcontractors
• Monitor and evaluate project performance
• Make suggestions to improve IT system performance
• Document and maintain the company's IT processes
Qualifications
You meet the following criteria:
• 5 years of experience as an IT technician or related role
• 2 years of experience in a management and/or team lead role
• Knowledge of Microsoft environments (Windows 10, Windows Server 2012-2019, Active Directory, GPO, Office 365)
• Knowledge of virtualization and Veeam solutions
• Networking knowledge (DNS, DHCP, VOIP, firewalls, routing, and switching)
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Experience in a manufacturing environment (an asset)
• Bilingual
