Our broader public sector client is looking for 2 Technical Writers to join their team for an initial 6 month contract as they complete the implementation of their new ServiceNow ITSM installation.
The main projects they will be working on include:
Project 1 - Responsibilities
- Produce end user documentation for the new ServiceNow Platform.

- Create and refine technical information and other materials as necessary for explaining system functionality
- Suggest best practices and optimizations including documentation of best practices
- Manage complex technical information across multiple components
- QA document content for errors
Project 2- Responsibilities
- Work on updating and documenting current IT policies and procedures as well as new material
- -• Confer with stakeholders to establish desired policy and procedural specifications and to determine subject material to be developed for publication
• Create process documents and other materials for multiple system users
Advantages
- This is an initial 6 month contract that could be extended
- The client will consider candidates in Ontario who would need to work 100% REMOTELY but would prefer people who are prepared to come into the office occasionally if required

- Healthy analytical and critical thinking skills
- Time management and organizational skills
