Responsibilities
* Develop and execute sales plans for automation and machinery solutions, targeting pharmaceutical manufacturing companies, including radiopharma and nuclear pharma segments.
* Identify and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers within pharma manufacturing organizations.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
* Leverage your knowledge of machinery and automation to present tailored solutions to pharma manufacturing companies.
* Partner with marketing and engineering teams to customize offerings and stay ahead of market demands
* Meet or exceed sales targets by identifying new business opportunities and optimizing existing accounts.
Qualifications
* Minimum 5 years of experience in machinery sales, preferably within the automation sector.
* Proven track record of selling to pharmaceutical manufacturing companies.
* Familiarity with radiopharma and nuclear pharma manufacturing is a significant asset.
* Strong understanding of automation, machinery, and pharma manufacturing processes.
* Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements in pharma manufacturing is a plus.
