Job Description: Responsibilities:
Innovates and sets vision for closely related products or a large scale product
Creates and maintains continuous strategy and roadmap of related set of products for iterations against client and business outcomes; accountable for delivering annual business objectives
Collaborates with leaders and PMs to set strategic product initiatives
Assists with coordination of Product Managers and cross-team stakeholders to keep pace with industry innovation
Collaborates on vision for program and works towards strategic milestones
Qualifications
Top Skills: 1. Proven experience in product ownership or product management, with a strong background in CIAM and Authentication technologies including OAuth, OIDC, and SAML. 2. Understanding and translating business objectives into technical requirements 3. Strategic prioritization, planning, and alignment of work with business objectives 4. Communication of status on team’s work & conveying the business value of the work that the team is doing (providing updates to both stakeholders on the projects & team leadership) 5. Agile methodology experience leading a cross-functional development team including solid expertise in story mapping, writing, and grooming Additional information: - A high level of communication is necessary as the role requires a deep understanding of both client experience and technical processes with the ability to understand, define, document, and explain business needs and technical implementations - This role is responsible for the delivery and communication of tangible value from the development team - Working knowledge of product management best practices & frameworks, Agile, Design Thinking, & Lean methodology and Authentication / Digital Identity platforms & systems will be considered an asset
