Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for enterprise software platforms, from ideation and requirement gathering through to delivery and optimization.
Act as a liaison between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders, translating business needs into actionable product roadmaps.
Oversee strategic planning for product features, releases, and cross-functional team alignment.
Manage third-party integrations, particularly APIs with external platforms such as delivery or payment systems.
Maintain a strong focus on user experience, scalability, and performance, continuously enhancing product value.
Champion product initiatives through data-informed decision making and stakeholder engagement.
Qualifications
7–10+ years of hands-on product management experience, ideally within software development environments.
Proven success in managing full product life cycles and delivering products from concept to launch.
Strong experience in SaaS, cloud infrastructure, and API integrations.
Exceptional communication skills, especially with executive and non-technical audiences.
Skilled at leading cross-functional teams without direct reporting lines.
Ability to synthesize complex technical challenges into strategic business solutions.
Experience in Point-of-Sale (POS) systems, QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) technology, or retail/hospitality tech is a strong advantage but not mandatory.
Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline (Computer Science, Engineering, or related field) preferred.
