Technical Operator – Supply Line

YOUR ROLE AS A TECHNICAL OPERATOR:
The Technical Operator – Supply Line (Pipeline) will be responsible for washes, sanitization, charging all supply lines. In addition, the Technical Operator – Supply Line (Pipeline) will be in charge of training the compounders to integrate the supply lines into their routine.

Responsibilities
•Hook-up, wash, sanitize, drain ‘’Pig’’ and charge all supply lines with bulk from the mezzanine and new tank farm;
•Ensure availability of equipment used for supply lines (pumps, clamps, gaskets, connections for hook-ups, etc.) and storage;
•Perform routine inspections of all pumps and supply lines;
•Follow, promote and effectively apply current wash procedures;
•Participate in the completion of preventive maintenance tasks for pumps;
•Able to use and explain the shop floor document wash section;
•Assist in the signing in of batches with the line leaders on shop floor and tank cards;
•Complies with company policies (eg. safety, dress code, GMP, work instructions, etc.);
•Perform any other related tasks or projects as assigned by the immediate supervisor.


Qualifications
•High school leaving certificate or equivalent;
•Good knowledge of GMPs;
•Bilingual and good communication skills (French and English).

•Good organizational and time management skills;
•High ability to learn and teach;
•Flexibility, initiative and is proactive;
•Basic mechanical knowledge;
•Able to work without supervision;
•Good communicator and trainer;
