The Team Leader's responsible for overseeing and coordinating field operations to ensure efficient logistics processes. This person supervises a team of logistics operators and ensures that productivity, quality and safety objectives are met.

Responsibilities
The team leader has to:
- Supervise and coordinate a team of 20 to 50 logistics operators.
- Ensure onboarding and training of new employees.
- Organize work schedules and task assignments.
- Monitor team performance and implement improvement initiatives.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and execute corrective actions.
- Identify and report operational issues or inefficiencies.
- Enforce safety regulations and quality standards.
- Ensure adherence to internal procedures for inventory, order fulfillment, and shipping.
- Participate in audits and internal inspections.
- Liaise between management and operational teams.
- Participate in production meetings and escalate any issues encountered.
- Provide regular reports on activity and performance.
Qualifications
The Team Leader must have:
- Professional certificate
- 3PL warehouse, high-volume and fast-paced environment (mandatory)
- Management experience.
- Warehouse experience.
- Knowledge of logistics and the supply chain.
- Leadership and communication skills.
- Analytical skills.
- Highly-developed skills in health and safety at work.
