Position: Team Lead Packager
Shift: Monday – Thursday from 7am to 5:30pm OR Tuesday – Friday from 7am to 5:30pm
Salary: $22/hr - $24/hr (based on experience)
Location: Huntingdon, QC (20 minutes from Valleyfield, & 40 minutes from Vaudreuil-Dorion)

Responsibilities
As the Team Lead Packager, you'll be at the heart of the production line, ensuring everything runs smoothly and meets customer expectations. Your responsibilities include:
- Assigning tasks
- Monitoring drying conditions
- Packaging finished products
- Managing labels
- Ensuring safety and quality standards are met
- Addressing production issues
- Completing documentation
- Performing additional tasks as needed

Qualifications
- We're looking for someone who is fluent in English or French (bilingualism is a plus!)
- Has reliable transportation to Huntingdon
- Is open to overtime
- Experience in packaging/quality assurance in a manufacturing
environment (the Cannabis industry, is an asset)
- Leadership experience
- Manual dexterity
- Organizational skills
- Adaptability
- Willingness to learn
- Ability to work well in a team
- Basic computer skills
- Attention to detail
