Location: Langley, BC
Schedule: Day shift - choose between 5x8 M-F, 4x10, or Continental
Environment: Non-unionized
Wage: Hourly $55 to $60 per hour (based on experience and certification)

Responsibilities
As a Team lead, a normal workday will include:
- Primarily working on the tools in the shop, performing diagnostics, troubleshooting, PMs, and repairs on the fleet.
- Working with / mentoring apprentice tractor technicians, ensuring high-quality repairs and maintenance.
- Oversee diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs, including engines, transmissions, and electrical systems.
- Ensure compliance with preventative maintenance programs, identifying and addressing issues before they lead to breakdowns.
- Collaborate with fleet managers and dispatch to schedule maintenance in a way that minimizes disruption to operations.
- Maintain records and documentation for all repairs, inspections, and maintenance activities.
Qualifications
What do you need for this position?
- Journeyman / Red Seal Heavy-Duty on-Road / Tractor Technician
- Able to perform safeties and have a valid CVIP license
- Have your own toolbox that you're willing to leave on site
- Basic level computer skills (paperless work order entry)
- Ability to work unsupervised
- Valid BC Driver's License
