 Assist in implementing best in class regulatory reporting practices to TD in order to standardize, rationalize and automate where appropriate
 Assist in designing and maintaining efficient and effective operation processes and controls to manage changes in regulatory reporting requirements
 Build trusted relationships with internal stakeholders, ensuring effective knowledge transfer of current ongoing regulatory reporting activities
 Work effectively with internal Bank stakeholder groups – Segment Finance, TBSM, Technology, Risk and legal teams

MUST HAVE:
Program Management experience
Data & Technology experience
Executive communication skills
Regulatory capital requirements and reporting, operations, data, system, process, and control experience with at least 5 years of financial & regulatory reporting experience in financial institutions
Strong knowledge of technology, system interdependencies & integration, workflow, and how it impacts the job

Control and process target operating model experience
System implementation experience
Data management experience
MS Office Suite
