Location: Downtown Montreal
Schedule: 37.5 hours/week (hybrid model)

Responsibilities
Manage the reception, analysis, and response to official tax communications
Validate the accuracy of information provided to tax authorities
Coordinate communications with tax authorities, external advisors, partners, and investors
Prepare various Canadian and U.S. tax forms (T5, T4A, NR4, W-9, etc.)
Review simple corporate tax returns (T2)
Track the submission of tax filings for all entities
Update tax-related information in databases and systems
Collect and deliver tax documentation to investors
Support accounting activities related to tax installments, tax balance calculations, and reimbursements
Assist in the annual preparation of FATCA and CRS compliance reports
Qualifications
College diploma in administration or a related field; a university certificate is an asset
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a tax-related role
Experience in an accounting firm, consulting, or financial services (an asset)
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, autonomy, and rigor
Team player with the ability to thrive in a fast-evolving environment
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Fluency in both French and English, spoken and written
