Responsibilities
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
o Administratively posts new positions in the Recruitment Management system.
o Draft and reviews offer letters to ensure accuracy and confirms approval to proceed.
o Initiates and monitors background checks to ensure completeness and compliance.
o Facilitates administrative pre-boarding tasks.
Qualifications
3 years of progressively responsible administrative experience and/or equivalent combination of related education and experience Strong computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office Products and other computer systems.
Supports all Recruitment administrative functions.
