Responsibilities
- Perform systems administration and operations support by managing user access, creating and maintaining user profiles, and executing backup and recovery tasks to ensure seamless daily computer system operations.
- Act as the primary interface with customers to gather requirements, communicate updates, and ensure that requested system changes and configurations are implemented accurately and on time.
- Provide technical support for hardware connectivity issues, including troubleshooting laptops, printers, and peripheral devices, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
- Diagnose and resolve issues on Windows 10 devices, leveraging strong problem-solving skills to minimize downtime and enhance user productivity.
- Administer Windows 10 devices by performing installations, configurations, and updates to maintain compliance with organizational policies and security standards.
- Configure and maintain printer systems to ensure consistent functionality, troubleshoot issues, and provide user support as needed.
- Support and manage Microsoft Office 365 applications (or the latest version), assisting with configurations, troubleshooting, and user training to maximize efficiency and productivity.
- Create and manage tickets in ticketing and queue management systems, ensuring accurate tracking, prioritization, and resolution of reported issues and requests.
- Deliver over-the-phone technical support with a focus on customer satisfaction, and effective problem-solving and analytical skills to address and resolve issues promptly.
Qualifications
- Valid Reliability level (or higher) Security Clearance
- Minimum 5 years experience in Systems Administration, Desktop Support or Network related IT Support position.
- Proficiency in systems operations, including user account management, backup and recovery, and system performance monitoring.
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and related administration tasks.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Office 365 administration and support, including user management and troubleshooting.
- Demonstrated experience configuring and maintaining printers and resolving hardware connectivity issues.
- Proven experience administering and troubleshooting Windows 10 devices in a professional environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Customer-focused mindset, ensuring high levels of satisfaction through proactive and professional interactions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
