Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and document manpower models and forecasts.

• Utilize Power BI and other tools to create meaningful data visualizations.
• Conduct validation tests to ensure data model integrity.
• Support project architects with technical decisions and implementation strategies.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in data modeling and forecasting.
• Strong expertise in conceptual, logical, and physical data modeling.
• Proficiency in SQL and data transformation techniques.
• Experience with data warehouse models and reporting solutions.
