Position: Supply Chain Coordinator
Employment Type: Contract (9 month coverage)
Start Date: January 2nd, 2024
Salary: $25 - $27/hr
Location: Remote (candidate must reside in the GTA)
Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm

Responsibilities
- Ownership of all Supply Chain execution, in coordination with the functional supply chain department leads across Hain Celestial
- Own relationship with supply chain buyers at several customers, as it pertains to order fulfillment process
- Monitor and mitigate risk of execution against key promotional activity with customer
- Review and engagement in issue resolution to fulfill Canadian orders and deliveries
- Weekly monitoring, review, and assessment of forecasts vs orders, supply levels, supply positioning, and production planning to meet future Canadian orders
- Works closely with the Demand Planning team to review order vs forecast variance including closely monitoring draws against new launces
- Be informed of customs compliances processes and engage when required
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience working within a Supply Chain role
- CPG experience preferred
- Experience with SAP and Power BI highly preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
