Responsibilities
Optimize and automate billing by improving processes and tools.
Lead and mobilize the team, ensuring effective task management.
Ensure the accuracy and timely issuance of invoices.
Monitor and analyze performance to identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with other departments to resolve billing issues.
Develop and implement solutions to increase operational efficiency.
Oversee electronic billing and ensure compliance.
Manage disputes and prevent claims with corrective actions.
Qualifications
Significant experience in team management (6+ people).
Exceptional ability to mobilize, lead, and develop teams.
Complete mastery of billing and accounts receivable.
Advanced skills in organization, time management, and meeting deadlines.
Excellent proficiency in billing software and financial analysis tools.
Fluent bilingualism (French-English), both written and spoken.
