Responsibilities
- Answer questions in person, by phone or by e-mail, and refer students to more specialized resources, as needed;
- Manage student study platforms (schedule entry, exam programming, activity tracking, student support, access management) ;
- Process requests relating to the training pathway of all our students and coordinate enrolments as required according to the formula;
- Follow up and support students in their academic progress to ensure their success, in all our formulas offered, including our correspondence, face-to-face and virtual students;
- Act as a relationship agent and ensure communication between : supervisors and students, students and management, and the department's business partners.
Qualifications
- AEC or DEC in an appropriate specialization or equivalent;
- At least one (1) year's experience in customer service or a related field
(ideally in a call center);
- Fluency in written and spoken French and English to manage
our French- and English-speaking clientele;
- Good knowledge of the Windows environment and the Microsoft
Office suite;
- Strong oral and written communication skills;
- A dynamic, welcoming and customer-oriented personality;
- Ability to work independently;
- Good judgment and a sense of initiative;
- Experience in the education sector (an asset);
- Knowledge of CLARA software and the Omnivox environment (an asset).
