Responsibilities
Here are your main responsibilities:
- Establish your business plan; choose business development and prospecting strategies to win new customers and reach your objectives.
- Initiate, develop and maintain relationships with key industry contacts.
- Be able to target the needs of talent and customers to become a trusted partner in their career/professional challenges.
- Establish the recruitment plan to meet customer needs: sourcing, posting, interviewing, accompanying talent in their job search.
- Monitor progress and execution of plan.
- Use social networks and participate in business events to ensure positioning and develop new relationships.
Qualifications
- 1 to 3 years' experience in sales and business development.
- You have a track record of being the best at everything you've done in the past.
- Ability to communicate with others via phone, video, social media and face-to-face meetings.
- Previous experience working in a fast-paced, team-oriented organization.
- Experience delivering results in a metrics-driven environment.
- Passion for results, resilience, self-confidence and desire to do exceptional work.
- You have a natural curiosity and a relentless determination to get things done - you like to WIN!
- Must be able to work in the office at least 2 days a week.
- The position requires the consultant to travel to customer sites located in areas where public transportation may not be available.
