As a Staff Accountant, you will play a key role in the day-to-day financial operations of the company. You will work closely with the finance team to ensure the accuracy of financial records, support month-end and year-end close processes, and assist in reporting and budgeting for various manufacturing projects.

Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain general ledger entries, including monthly accruals and journal entries.
- Assist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial closing processes.
- Reconcile balance sheet accounts and prepare related supporting schedules.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions, ensuring accuracy and timely payments.
- Assist with payroll processing and reconciliation of payroll-related accounts.
- Provide support for external audits and compliance reporting.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve any financial discrepancies or inquiries.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in an accounting role.
- A strong history of handling both accounts payable and accounts receivable responsibilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
