As a Senior Solutions Engineer, you will play a vital role in the Solutions Team, collaborating across departments to ensure the success of the products. This position involves engaging directly with bank partners and acting as their trusted technical consultant. You will lead technical and strategic discussions, architect efficient technology solutions, and design go-to-market strategies. Key Responsibilities:
Partner with Sales team members as the product subject matter expert throughout the sales cycle.
Engage with bank partners to lead requirements discovery and provide strategic consulting.
Develop and deliver technical workshops and tailored product demonstrations.
Participate in online and in-person webinars, events, and presentations.
Align with the Product team on future roadmaps and provide feedback on new features and industry trends.
Mentor and coach the Sales team on the technical aspects of the product.
Engage with partners and prospects to deliver customized product demonstrations based on their unique needs.
Utilize market and technical expertise to provide strategic consultation during the sales cycle, including designing optimal technology and go-to-market solutions.
Collaborate with sales, product, and service operations teams to develop optimal go-to-market strategies.
Lead internal strategic initiatives to automate and improve processes, driving efficiency and revenue growth.
Requirements:
Minimum of 4+ years of experience in solutions engineering, technical pre-sales, professional services, product management, or a similar role, preferably in financial services or FinTech.
Strong ability to design and architect solutions that maximize benefit to clients while adhering to best practices and the company’s technical framework.
Experienced in creating technical documentation, including process workflows and requirements documents.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas simply and advocate to executive stakeholders.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical specifications, transforming complex details into user-friendly content.
Comprehensive knowledge of connectivity standards such as authentication, encryption, secure transmission, and APIs.
Familiarity with data standards such as XML and JSON.
Excellent presentation and communication skills, capable of effectively explaining technical concepts to diverse audiences.
Proven ability to build relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
Self-motivated and capable of managing multiple initiatives while meeting tight deadlines.
Prior experience in financial services or financial technology is highly desirable.
