Responsibilities
*Working with Features/ User Stories (requirements) gathering and documentation, technical analysis, design, testing, support for deployment and post-deployment) to company to deploy the new IAM application. Including system build, system integrations, migrating existing applications to the new IAM solution, integrating new applications (including Cloud Service Providers and M365; and operationalizing the solution (RACI, process documentation, updating governance, reporting, Day 2 activities)
*Develop technical architectures, frameworks and strategies, either for an organization or for a major application area, to meet the business and application requirements.
*Analyze and evaluate alternative technology solutions to meet business problems.
*Ensure the integration of all aspects of technology solutions.
*Evaluate hardware and software relative to their ability to support specified requirements and by determining potential and actual bottlenecks, improve system performance through recommended hardware changes.
*Review computer software systems and data requirements as well as communication and response needs and determine operating systems and languages needed to support them.
*Monitor industry trends to ensure that solutions fit with best practice directions for technology.
*Provide information, direction and support for emerging technologies.
*Review application and program design or technical infrastructure design to ensure adherence to standards and to recommend performance improvements.
Qualifications
MUST HAVE
*IAM
*DevOps
*Okta
*Agile
*RACI
*Training and experience with Agile delivery at the Team level
*Training and experience with Okta Workforce Identity Cloud
*Experience with Identity Management: including provisioning, lifecycle management, governance and authentication
*Experience with Cloud Identities
*Experience with automation: Including automating application migrations, application integrations, testing (would be an asset)
*Experience with DevOps would be an asset
*Strong communication and documentation skills
*Thrives in a collaborative environment, but can also work independently
*Desire to learn and get answers
*Language requirements: English is the primary language for the project team, and we do have bilingual English/ French resources on the team
