Responsibilities
- Reporting and analysis to identify trends and gaps. Identify opportunities to reduce expenses, implement processes, key performance indicators and system capabilities.
- Develop stronger relationships with cross-functional teams.
- Manage various projects and ensure that deadlines and budgetary objectives are met. Prioritize and manage activities related to any coordination request.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to prioritize and develop multi-year strategic plans.
- Use advanced analytics to develop business cases to prove project benefits and influence spending decisions on the most effective changes within the respective business unit.
- Analyze and review current processes; identify and address gaps in the delivery of operational excellence.
- Analyze various key performance indicators to establish team performance.
- Effectively engage, lead and influence cross-functional teams to deliver the highest level of quality on all projects within committed time and scope, as well as to meet all project requirements and deliverables.
Qualifications
MUST HAVE
- Bilingual (Or at least French)
- Product Owner
- API
- Customer Facing Applications
- Develop KPIs
Preferred:
- Previous company experience
- Telecommunications
