The Sr. Product Data Analyst will play a key role in both data engineering and product management, with a stronger emphasis on engineering and technical execution. Key Responsibilities
Conduct complex research and analysis to support business initiatives, projects, and product development.
Identify and implement strategies to improve data quality, integrity, and usability.
Define, document, and communicate analytical business requirements.
Extract meaningful insights from data and translate them into actionable recommendations.
Develop and execute data quality analysis plans, ensuring continuous monitoring and resolution of data discrepancies.
Work with internal stakeholders to extract maximum value from data.
Design, optimize, and maintain conceptual, logical, and physical data models.
Support setup and execution of data quality analysis frameworks.
Collaborate with teams to ensure compliance with governance standards.
Assist with overall project management and sprint planning.
Act as a primary liaison for clients, gathering business requirements and ensuring alignment between technical teams and stakeholders.
Lead product grooming sessions and collaborate across functional groups.
Conduct competitive analysis and contribute to product vision and roadmap planning.
Ensure clear, structured communication of findings and recommendations to key stakeholders.
Qualifications
Required Skills & Qualifications
12+ years of experience in data analysis, data management, and data engineering.
Proficiency in SQL programming and experience in data modeling (dimensional & relational).
Strong expertise in ETL development, data migration, and database administration.
Hands-on experience with data quality tools and frameworks.
Solid understanding of cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and AI technologies (training provided as needed).
Experience working in an Agile development environment.
Strong ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to derive insights and identify anomalies in large data sets.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and problem-solving.
