Responsibilities
-Support company’s OCM Lead in actioning change plan and change champion activity tracking
-Work with Vendor/ Partner Change Lead to develop Organization Change Management plans (stakeholder analysis, impact analysis, learning, comms and Organizational Change Management (OCM).
-Execute on the Organizational Change Management plan in accordance with the integrated Project plan.
-Facilitate training session logistics.
-Coordinate loading of training material into company’s LMS.
-Raise risk / issues regarding people readiness as soon as they are known.
-Update the stakeholder and change impact assessment for each program delivery phase.
-Develop key messages and communication content.
-Coordinate with functional teams the training material development based on training strategy and plan.
-Support the development of the OCM strategy and plan for the program.
-Advise on OCM-related industry practices including recommendations and lessons learned from previous implementations.
-Change Management Strategy: Develop and implement change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and minimize resistance.
-Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and concerns, and ensure they are informed and engaged throughout the change process.
-Training and Support: Design and deliver training programs and materials to support employees through the transition.
-Communication: Create and distribute communications that explain the changes and their benefits to the organization.
-Monitoring and Reporting: Track and report on the progress of change initiatives, identifying any issues and making adjustments as needed.
Qualifications
-Education: A bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or a related field.
-Experience: Previous experience in change management, project management, or a related field.
-Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and proficiency with change management methodologies and tools.
Mandatory Skills:
MS OFFICE (3), MS PROJECT (3), CHANGE MANAGEMENT (7), IMPLEMENTATION (3), USE CASES (3)
Nice-to-Have Skills:
ITIL (2), E-LEARNING (2)
