Details:
• $27-$32/hour
• Overtime after 40 hours
● Produce parts using CNC Mills and Lathes
● Prepare CNC programs and set-up machine

● Support machine setup and operation personnel
● Able to adjust offsets and code, if needed, to produce accurate parts
● 2-year degree in machining, preferred
● Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a setter/machinist in a manufacturing environment
● Team worker

Responsibilities
● Produce parts using CNC Mills and Lathes
● Prepare CNC programs and set-up machine
● Support machine setup and operation personnel
● Able to adjust offsets and code, if needed, to produce accurate parts
● Identify all quality issues on machined parts and rectify issues
● Create programs for machines
● Willingness to operate an overhead crane and forklift
● Ability to train and coach new hires
Qualifications
● High school diploma or equivalent
● 2-year degree in machining, preferred
● Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a setter/machinist in a manufacturing environment
● Experience with Cam software
● Knowledge of G & M Codes
● Must be able to work in a Team environment
● Experience with CNC mills and lathes
● Ability to machine all types of materials (steel, aluminum, stainless and plastics)
● Must be able to read precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, depth gages)
● Must be able to read a print, have good communication skills, and have good math skills
● Must be able to read and speak English
