Responsibilities
✔ Full-cycle accounting – You’ll handle accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), and purchase orders.
✔ Accounts Payable – Processing invoices and making sure payables get done weekly.
✔ Accounts Receivable – Tracking revenue from food, beverages, and event services.
✔ Aging Reports – Keeping an eye on outstanding payments and making sure collections stay on track.
✔ Revenue Identification – Ensuring every dollar is properly categorized.
Qualifications
🎓 Education: Diploma or higher in accounting (a plus, but experience matters too!)
đź“Š Experience: 3-5 years in a full-cycle accounting role.
💻 Tech Skills: Experience with accounting software—bonus points for Microsoft Dynamics 365!
🧠Knowledge: Solid experience with general ledger, AP, and AR.
đź—Ł Languages: Bilingual is not required (but always a bonus if you are!).
