Responsibilities
Specialty Pharmacy Project Manager (PMP)
• Manage the overall pharmacy program project, aligning cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Oversee timelines, budgets, and deliverables while ensuring operational success.
• Collaborate with marketing, legal, operational and other teams to drive strategic alignment, brand enhancement/optimization, pharmacy operational readiness/space planning and related.
• Drive process transformation to enhance already-successful operations, creating a scalable and sustainable pharmacy model that is set up for growth and further success!
Qualifications
Specialty Pharmacy Project Manager (PMP)
• PMP certification required.
• Current or prior experience as part of project management team for a specialty pharmacy is required; we need this person to hit the ground running.
• Experience managing strategic pharmacy project(s) required - project involvement and experience needs to include background collaborating with stakeholders in operations, programs, marketing, legal and more.
• Proven ability to drive operational transformation in a pharmacy setting in a KPI-driven environment.
• Proven ability to manage multiple deliverables seamlessly with optimal communication with all involved.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and align business objectives.
