Responsibilities
Specialty Pharmacy Operations Supervisor RPhT
• Lead and manage a growing team of 15 - 25 pharmacy professionals, including pharmacy assistants and others focused on billing coordination, delivery scheduling and management and prescription data entry.
• Supervise daily operations while working alongside the team; ensuring high-quality service and compliance with industry and regulatory standards.
• Develop and document processes to improve workflow efficiency and team productivity.
• Monitor and evaluate team performance based on key performance indicators (KPIs); steer activity accordingly.
• Provide mentorship, coaching, and support to foster professional development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance overall pharmacy operations.
Qualifications
Specialty Pharmacy Operations Supervisor RPhT
• Current Registered Pharmacy Technician (RPhT) license in good standing.
• Strong leadership and people management skills with proven supervisory/leadership skills in a specialty pharmacy setting.
• Proven ability to manage complex operations in a high volume, fast-paced pharmacy setting.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach.
