Responsibilities
Specialty Pharmacy Clinical Services Supervisor
• Develop, document, and optimize clinical service delivery processes.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, stakeholders, and partners.
• Manage aspects of services/program implementation and delivery with support from senior leadership.
• Ensure smooth communication and collaboration between teams.
• Support the delivery of high-quality patient care through operational excellence.
Qualifications
Specialty Pharmacy Clinical Services Supervisor
• Background in pharmacy/pharmaceutical patient support programs with direct clinical services experience (talent with nursing PSP background are also encouraged to apply)
• Proven track record of stakeholder and vendor management.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to write and optimize clinical service related processes.
• Passion for driving process improvements and innovation.
