Position: Sourcing Solutions Support Analyst

Responsibilities
• Leverage the company's Enterprise Procurement platform to ensure seamless Supplier and End-User experience during RFx processes.
• Investigate and resolve level one issues; support some level two issues impacting End Users’ and Suppliers’ platform use; escalate higher-level issues to the Source to Contract Solution Product team.
• Deliver User training for Supplier and Sourcing modules, including ad hoc training.
• Communicate and coordinate documentation of process changes, service alerts, FAQs, etc., with product teams.
• Negotiate and draft supplier agreements (Amendments, SOWs, NDAs, EAs, TAs, and MSAs) in support of Procurement and business partner teams.
• Liaise with internal business partners and external suppliers.
• Negotiate with suppliers to secure best terms and pricing.
• Triage new Sourcing and RFx requests and assign incoming requests to team members.
Qualifications
• Post-secondary education (Business or Commerce preferred)
• 2+ years’ experience in Procurement, including contracting and supplier sourcing
• Strong Contract Acumen and Analytical skills
• Detail-oriented, strong critical thinking skills, ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, superb time management skills
Nice-to-have: Strong negotiation capability, strong Excel skills, strong Financial Acumen
