ž Seek opportunities to improve existing products for cost reduction, enhance operational excellence, etc.
ž Build high level product solutions and own the end-to-end solution.

ž Attend client meetings to get in-depth knowledge of client’s environment and issues.

ž On large opportunities with multiple Solutions Consultants, take full end-to-end accountability for the professional services engagement, assembling the outputs of multiple Solutions Consultants into a holistic solution.
ž Provide mentorship to less senior Solutions Consultants in order to increase the overall teams’ strength in the Solutions Consulting discipline, knowledge of our clients products, services, and systems, knowledge of industry best practices, and overall team effectiveness
