Responsibilities
-post-secondary qualification in computer science or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in application design and architecture, with practical expertise in conceptualization, modeling, and designing systems such as Salesforce Service Cloud (AutoCloud), Data Cloud, ID Management (Customer/Internal), or Java development.
-Familiarity with ITIL and BPM practices, using tools like ServiceNow.
-Experience working in multi-platform environments, including Unix, Windows, and AWS.
-Strong written and verbal communication skills.
-Ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences.
-Excellent analytical and critical-thinking abilities.
-Comprehensive understanding of IS management practices and technological challenges, encompassing SDLC, infrastructure, application design, development tools, as well as project and process management.
Qualifications
-5+ years of experience in application design and architecture
-4+ years of experience in IAM and Sales force
-Ability to lead , motivate and direct within a matrixed organisation structure
