Responsibilities
- Architectural Framework Development: Design and develop a comprehensive architecture framework that includes standards, guidelines, and reference architecture for solution production and implementation.
- Solution Architecture Management: Develop and maintain the solution architecture across multiple products, ensuring consistency and alignment with business goals.
- Team Oversight: Supervise developers and integration activities, providing clarifications, resolving issues, and supporting the team throughout the development process.
- Issue Identification and Resolution: Proactively identify potential system and specification discrepancies, and propose innovative solutions to address them.
- Strategy and Roadmap Development: Assist the development team in formulating comprehensive solution strategies and roadmaps.
- Research and Analysis: Conduct research on current infrastructure assets, opportunities, and information security to enhance application performance and integration.
- Specification Translation: Analyze functional specifications and translate them into system guidelines that direct project development.
- Product Evaluation and Proof of Concept: Conduct evaluations of new products and develop proof of concepts for innovative solutions and concepts.
Qualifications
Education:
- University Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Experience:
- 2-5 years of experience as a solution architect, technical lead, or in a similar role.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience designing and working with microservices architecture, including API gateways and/or service mesh.
Technical Expertise:
- Proven experience in engaging with senior business and technology leaders to align technology solutions with business strategies.
- Proficiency in Agile development and CI/CD methodologies, with experience in platforms such as Azure DevOps, Azure Pipelines, Jenkins, or Jira.
- Strong background in architecting robust and cost-effective solutions for public cloud and on-premises hosting, with hands-on experience in GCP or Microsoft Azure.
Skills:
- Exceptional skills in conceptual architecture and design, with strong analytical and abstract thinking abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including teamwork, facilitation, and negotiation.
- Strong written and oral communication skills, capable of effectively communicating with stakeholders at all levels.
