Showroom sales consultant

We’re looking for people with outstanding customer service, and a keen desire to learn. This role does not require previous direct experience in lighting/bath, but it does require a passion for design and a great attitude.

Responsibilities
In this role you will:
Deliver world-class customer service throughout the sales process and meet sales targets using our wide range of designer lighting, kitchen, and bath brands
You will help identify the needs of wholesale accounts & retail customers and provide solutions to help realize every customer’s unique dream for their home
Contributing to the success of the Showroom by growing relationships with retail customers, wholesale account clients, and the team
Be an expert on the product lines and stay on top of design & industry trends
Help ensure the Showroom environment feels fresh, welcoming, and inspiring

Qualifications
We are searching for a relationship-focused salesperson who:
● Utilizes a consultative approach to sales
● You have a passion for interior design and are confident when advising on product selection
● Possess a strong understanding of the importance of teamwork to achieve sales goals and provide seamless customer experiences
● Thrive in a fast-paced environment and can effectively manage a busy and diverse schedule
● Can navigate and learn various computer systems and applications
