Responsibilities
-Support general shop tasks, including material handling and organization.
-Use hand and power tools to cut, shape, and assemble materials (training provided for the plasma table, but prior tool knowledge is essential).
-Maintain a clean and safe workspace.
-Assist skilled tradespeople with fabrication, assembly, and repairs.
-Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
-Load and unload materials as required.
Qualifications
-Prior experience using hand and power tools, including saws, hammers, and more.
-Ability to lift and transport heavy materials (up to 50 lbs).
-Experience with a plasma table is a significant advantage.
-Strong work ethic with a willingness to learn.
-Ability to follow instructions and work both independently and as part of a team.
-Basic mechanical knowledge is essential.
-Previous experience working with metals is a plus.
-High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
